٢. بی آ ئی ایس پی کی کے بجٹ میں اضافہ: مالی سال 2025 کے لیے بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کے کا سالانہ بجٹ 599 ارب روپے مختص کیا گیا ہے. جو کہ سال 2024کے مقابلے میں 27 فیصد زیادہ ہے. جس کا مقصد زیادہ سے زیادہ مستحق افراد کو پروگرام میں شامل کر کے امداد فراہم کرنا ہے.
٣. پروگرام کی رجسٹریشن میں اضافہ: بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام کے تحت مستحق خاندانوں کی تعداد 9.3 ملین پہلے مقرر کی گئی تھی. لیکن اب اس سے بڑھا کر9.8 ملین کی جائے گی . جس کا مقصد مزید غریب گھرانوں کو پروگرام میں شامل کرنا ہے .
٤. تعلیمی وظائف کی ادائیگیوں میں توسیع : بے نظیر تعلیمی وظائف پروگرام کے تحت اس پروگرام میں مزید 1.2 ملین بچوں کو رجسٹر کیا جائے گا. تاکہ ملک میں تعلیم کو فروغ دیا جا سکے.
٥. توانائی کے شعبے میں اصطلاحات: بجلی اور گیس کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ کیا جائے گا. تاکہ قرضوں پر قابو پایا جا سکے اور توانائی کے شعبے کی مالی حالت بہتر ہو سکے .
٦. صحت اور غذائیت کے پروگرامز میں اضافہ بے : بے نظیر نشونما پروگرام کے تحت0.8 ملین نئے خاندانوں نئی خواتین کو اس پروگرام میں شامل کیا جائے گا. تاکہ حاملہ ماں اور بچے کی صحت بہتر بنائی جا سکے .
٧. سرکاری اداروں کی نجکاری : ایسے سرکاری ادارے جو کہ مالیاتی نقصان میں جا رہے ہیں. ان کی نجکاری کی جائے گی. تاکہ ان سے ان کا مالی بوجھ کم ہو سکے اور ان کی کارکردگی میں بہتری لائی جا سکے.
٨. ٹیکس میں توسیع: ٹیکس نیٹ کو پہلے سے زیادہ وسیع کیا جائے گا. خاص طور پر ان شعبوں میں ٹیکس کو زیادہ وسیع کیا جائے گا جو اب تک کم ٹیکس فراہم کرتے ہیں. تاکہ محصولات میں بہتر طور پر اضافہ کیا جا سکے .
٩. مالیاتی نظم و ضبط: وفاقی اور صوبائی سطح پر اخراجات میں نظم و ضبط قائم کرنے کی کوشش کی جائے گی. تاکہ مالیاتی خسارہ کم سے کم ہو.
١٠. بینکنگ اور مالیاتی شعبے کی نگرانی : اس شرط کے تحت بینکنگ کے نظام کی نگرانی کو مضبوط بنایا جائے گا. تاکہ مالیاتی استحکام کو برقرار رکھا جائے اور منی لانڈرنگ جیسے مسائل کو بالکل ختم کیا جائے .
١١. زرعی آمدنی پر ٹیکس: آ ئی ایم ایف کے تحت جاری کی جانے والی شرائط میں ایک شرط زرعی امدنی پر ٹیکس بھی ہے. جس کے تحت 2025 تک 45 فیصد اضافہ ٹیکس میں اضافہ کیا جا سکتا ہے. تاکہ محصولات میں زیادہ سے زیادہ اضافہ کیا جائے.
